Background
Northsight Land Survey Consulting, Inc. was founded in 2005 to service Arizona's
Land Surveying needs. The Company was started by Jess R. Alvarez, a Registered Professional
Land Surveyor with 18 years of experience in the industry. It is our goal to produce
high quality land surveys, while practicing professional ethics and accuracy that
exceed those found in the industry. Our client base includes civil engineers, architects,
land developers, title companies, attorneys, commercial, residential and private property owners.
Through our teamwork approach to projects, we make it one of our main goals to respond to our
clients needs as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our fees for services are competitive and
fair, and our method of doing business and developing relationships is honest and straightforward.

In our field operations, we use cutting edge technologies, including Topcon G3 real time kinematics
(RTK) GPS Equipment, Topcon Robotic instruments, and all of the latest office processing and CAD software.
